Readymade products will be dispatched within 4–5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Once shipped from India, international delivery may take approximately 10–15 working days, depending on the destination.

Returns are accepted only for incorrect product deliveries. Replacements are not available for international orders.

Eligible returns must be self-shipped at the customer’s cost. A refund will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and verify the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Thoppia currently ships to the USA, UK, New Zealand, UAE, Australia, and European countries, with the right to update this list as necessary. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges, and Thoppia is not liable for delays due to customs clearance or postal services. There will be a maximum of three delivery attempts, and we kindly request that customers accept the package on the first attempt. If the package is returned to Thoppia due to non-delivery, additional re-shipment fees will apply.
